Regents Park

Our Regent’s Park Bootcamp meets on Marylebone Green opposite  children’s playground, on the south east corner of the park. The meeting point change, takes affect from Saturday 21st April. the meeting point for Wednesday 18th of April is the Jubilee Gates.

It’s a five minute walk from the Tube station.

Regents Park Boot Camp is the right one for you if :

During a Keepfit boot camp workout, you can burn up to 600 calories per hour, which is obviously going to help with weight loss. But in addition to a great cardiovascular workout, you are also getting the muscular fitness benefit from exercises such as push-ups, squats and lunges that you wouldn’t get from a typical aerobic exercise

Each class is an 45 min to an hour long, incorporating a warm up with stretches, followed by a variety of circuits, cardio boxing and flexibility work. Every class is different, allowing all participants to benefit and work to their own ability.
