On Monday and Wednesday evenings,Our Regent’s Park Bootcamp meets on Jubilee Gate, Inner Circle by Will 2 Winn Tennis Courts. On Saturday mornings we meet on Cumberland Green, entrance via Chester Road, outer circle of Regent’s Park.

It’s a five minute walk from the Tube station.

Regents Park Boot Camp is the right one for you if :

  • you are keen to get your body back into perfect shape

  • hours in the gym feel dull and uninspiring

Expect to be challenged and motivated and expect to see results.

During a Keepfit boot camp workout, you can burn up to 600 calories per hour, which is obviously going to help with weight loss. But in addition to a great cardiovascular workout, you are also getting the muscular fitness benefit from exercises such as push-ups, squats and lunges that you wouldn’t get from a typical aerobic exercise

Each class is an 45 min to an hour long, incorporating a warm up with stretches, followed by a variety of circuits, cardio boxing and flexibility work. Every class is different, allowing all participants to benefit and work to their own ability.
