I work in London during the week and go home to Bham on a Thu eve. I have a busy job, but tend to train 5/6 day a week, so my base level of fitness is okay. Its important for me that the one hour I train for after work is challenging and provides a good all cardio and strength routine. So, I have been coming for 12 months and I am really happy with the quality of the sessions. Andrew is very structured, encouraging and he pushes/motivates us hard - I definitely feel like I have had a good workout at the end of the session. Katia is exceptional and I have to say, having spent 12 years in the Army Katia's classes are right up there with the most challenging I have done. Her classes are varied, challenging (but with easier option if required), energetic and well structured for a total body workout. She does the exercises with us, which I really like and is very encouraging/motivating. These two are a credit to your team. Cheers
I’ve been attending keepfitbootcamp classes for a while now and can honestly say I could never go anywhere else for my fitness needs! There is a choice of outdoor and Indoor sessions and each trainer brings their own unique personality and professionalism to each class. I really enjoy attending these classes and always feel I’ve worked out aswell as being sweaty and exhausted after each class! I would highly definitely recommend keepfitbootcamp - give it a go!
If you’re like me and, basically in order to get yourself exercising, you need to pay someone to shout at you, call Will. You couldn’t possibly ask for a nicer ‘shouter’. Will instinctively knows your level and keeps you trying always just that little bit harder. He has an excellent style as a fitness leader and is always coming up with new suggestions and routines. I try, given the demands of work and hangovers, to fit in two ‘Will’ sessions a week. I feel so much better for it.
Will provided personal training which I required to help me improve my running performance as well as treat some RSI injuries. The structured training sessions, based on my lifestyle and diet helped me build up my fitness and strength over a few months. This resulted in a much improved running time and a strong improvement in my RSI symptoms. Will was very patient, encouraging and focused on my needs during the sessions. This gave me much needed motivation. I would strongly advise him.
I wanted to thank you for your series of personal training sessions. They were great – I can’t believe how effective they have been over such a short period of time. I particularly valued the holistic approach you took – re examining diet, sleep and fitness – when putting my programme together.
