To join our Hyde park Bootcamp, enter the park via Speaker’s Corner entrance (from Marble Arch) turn right and you will see us on the green grass area!
Our trainer will be at the gates at 10am.
Each class is an hour long, incorporating a warm up with stretches, followed by a variety of circuits, cardio team games and flexibility work. Every class is different, allowing all participants to benefit and work to their own ability.
