Keepfit Bootcamp is owned and run by Bita Najafi, offering bespoke outdoor and indoor fitness bootcamps and personal training services to members of the public and corporate groups.


As a medical scientist and counsellor, Bita has a strong background in physical and mental wellbeing. Her passion for  fitness started when she was going through a major life transition, suffering from depression, anxiety and stress, but decided to pull through by keeping a strong body and mind. ” The support I received from those close to me through this period of my life was invaluable but ultimately it was when I decided to change and fully embrace life that I turned my life around. Every day was a struggle but every day I got stronger and stronger. So if it helped me, it will help others in the same situation “, says Bita.  As a scientist, Bita is driven by the belief that regular physical activity improves mental wellbeing and by leading an active healthy lifestyle and well balanced nutrition, the risk of many chronic diseases are substantially reduced while feeling happier.

As an experienced business  owner, she recognises the impact of growing  mentally fit and physically active workforce within any organisation. After all, the success of any organisation lies with it’s team.

Keepfit has been running classes across London Royal parks since 2011. Some instructors have been with us from the start of our journey.

The bootcamp we offer do have some similarities to military fitness classes but also bring individual expertise from the instructors who combine in depth knowledge of group  training and a passion to help  others improve their fitness.

Each ‘Boot Camp’ class is different and progressive with the aim for all participants to benefit and work at their own ability but be challenged and motivated.

The classes are not your typical health club set workout, and if you’re a bit of a slacker at the gym or never seem to get anywhere with your program or even a complete fitness phobic then these class will get you out of your comfort zone and make you work while having fun.


Our aim is to help people on their journey to be healthier and fitter by motivating, brining fun and variety into exercise and reward those who work hard and achieve their goals. If you have decided to change to a healthier version of yourself we are here to help you.
