In this article we will outline the interconnected aspects of what constitutes Corporate Wellbeing.  A term that extends beyond the traditional definition of health and is about much more than just income.

Corporate Wellbeing is an important consideration when discussing employee health but it is also just as important for the sake of their productivity.

We are constantly being reminded that exercise is good for us. It also equips us to take an optimistic approach to life despite its upheavals, disappointments and frustrations.

It is powerful to recognize that stress, anxiety and depression exists among employees caused by many factors such as financial worries, work places stress, personal and interpersonal relationship problems and change. Financial concerns often lead to increased mental and physical distress.
